Ownership of Generated Assets

AI-generated images and outputs (“Generated Assets”) are subject to the following terms:

You receive:

• a worldwide,

• royalty-free,

• perpetual,

to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercialise, and display the generated images — as long as you comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

You may:

• Use images commercially

• Use them on social media, ads, marketing

Restrictions on Use of Generated Assets

You may not:

• claim exclusive ownership over assets that could be similar to outputs generated for others

• infringe third-party rights (e.g., using celebrity likeness without consent)

• use outputs to train your own AI models unless explicitly permitted

• resell the generated images as stock-photo marketplaces without transformation

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions to FashionLab, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

5. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all fees due.
