Misleading product representation that could cause consumer harm.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Ownership of Uploaded Content
You retain full ownership of any content you upload to the platform, including:
images
brand assets
moodboards
sketches
text or prompts
reference photos
By uploading content, you grant FashionLab a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content only for:
processing your request
operating the platform
improving AI models (optional, only if you opt-in)
We will never sell your uploaded content.
Ownership of Generated Assets
AI-generated images and outputs (“Generated Assets”) are subject to the following terms:
You receive:
a worldwide,
royalty-free,
perpetual,
non-exclusive license
to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercialise, and display the generated images — as long as you comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may:
Use images commercially
Use them on social media, ads, marketing
Use them for product research, concept design, or campaigns
Modify or remix them
Sell physical products derived from them (e.g., prints, fashion samples)
Restrictions on Use of Generated Assets
You may not:
claim exclusive ownership over assets that could be similar to outputs generated for others
use outputs to mislead consumers (e.g., “real photos of actual garments”)
infringe third-party rights (e.g., using celebrity likeness without consent)
use outputs to train your own AI models unless explicitly permitted
resell the generated images as stock-photo marketplaces without transformation
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions to FashionLab, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.
5. Payments, Billing & Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all fees due.
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.We may change pricing or subscription terms — we will notify you in advance.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about quality, reliability, suitability or accuracy of generated Content.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, generated Content, or platform downtime, except as required by law.

7. Termination & Account Suspension
